Some projects are big, some are small, and honestly, I love that mix. The variety keeps things interesting and the puzzle of each new story is what makes the work fun.
My background in journalism means I approach marketing a little differently. I start with questions. What’s the real story here? What makes this business different? Where are people getting lost? Once we find the lead, everything else starts to fall into place. The messaging feels natural. The strategy stops feeling chaotic. The content suddenly has a point. It’s less about shouting louder and more about saying the right thing in a way people actually connect with.
Because communication doesn’t live in just one place, I keep a close relationship with my trusted print and direct mail partner to make that side of things easier for my clients, too. Whether the work lives online, in someone’s mailbox, or somewhere in between, the goal is always the same.
